潮起钱塘•第二届全球跨境电商峰会——跨境电商及国际仲裁（争端解决）分论坛的预通知

潮起钱塘•第二届全球跨境电商峰会——跨境电商及国际仲裁（争端解决）分论坛将于2017年10月27日在杭州国际博览中心召开。本次论坛由中国（杭州）跨境电子商务综合试验区建设管理办公室与多家国内、国外争端解决机构共同主办。现将分论坛有关信息预通知如下：

一、论坛性质

跨境电商及国际仲裁（争端解决）论坛是由杭州市人民政府、浙江省商务厅、中国电子商务协会主办的第四届（杭州）国际电子商务博览会第二届全球跨境电商峰会的分论坛。本届峰会将于2017年10月26日-27日在杭州国际博览中心举行，主题为“网上丝路联通世界”。分论坛主要围绕跨境电商纠纷解决的仲裁路径展开。

Notice on From Hangzhou to the World –The Second Global Cross-border E-commerce Summit： Sub-forum of Cross-Border E-Commerce and International Arbitration（Dispute Resolution）

From Hangzhou to the World-The Second Global Cross-border E-commerce Summit: Sub-forum of Cross-Border E-commerce and International Arbitration (Dispute Resolution) will be held on October 27, 2017 at Hangzhou International Expo Center. This forum is co-hosted by Construction Leading Group Office of China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area and a number of domestic and foreign dispute settlement agencies. Please refer to the details hereby as follows:

1. Background

Cross-Border E-Commerce and International Arbitration (Dispute Resolution) Forum is a session of the Fourth China (Hangzhou) International E-commerce Expo (The Second Global Cross-border E-commerce Summit) co-hosted by Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province and China Electronic Commerce Association. It will be held at Hangzhou International Expo Center on October 26-27, 2017 with a topic on “Online Silk Road Connects the World”. The sub-forum will focus on an arbitration approach to cross-border e-commerce dispute resolution.
