Confirmation of Final Address for Service

The final address for service shall be applicable to arbitrational procedure and enforcement of the award(s) by the people’s court, whereof the effect of delivered award(s) shall be extended to arbitrational procedure and enforcement of the award(s) arising from contract dispute(s). In case of any modification of the final address for service confirmed by a party, the confirmation shall be updated and a written notice shall be delivered to other parties concerned in the contract within three days by the party, otherwise the previous address for service shall continue to take effect and the party shall bear any legal consequence arising thereof.

The confirmation of the final address for service fulfilled by the party concerned / agent(s) authorized by the party concernedin Section 1 shall be true and effective. In case of failed delivery of legal documents including arbitrational award(s) and file(s) of legal enforcement from the people’s court to the party(s) concerned, owing to the inaccuracy of the confirmed address and/or failed updating of the address in case of any modification, the date of the returning of the said documents shall be deemed to be the date of service.
