1. A written application for arbitration shall be filed first;

2. Only a case that conforms to the conditions as requested can be accepted and registered after the fee is paid;

3. A written notification shall be delivered to the applicant and the respondent;

4. Exchange of the application, respondent, evidences and other written documents is required;

5. Arbitrators are selected to constitute the arbitration tribunal;

6. Trials, or written trials upon mutual agreement, are organized;

7. The mediation agreement shall be reached with a statement as both parties agree;

8. An award shall be given by the tribunal.

Arbitration allows no second instance and retrial. The award given by the tribunal shall be final in effect and be binding legally upon both parties.

Arbitration award and coordination shall be equal in effect with the court decision, and can be mandatory to enforce by the court when applied for.
