As the core legal institution under the United Nations in international trade law, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has been dedicated to the reform of commercial laws with its members from all over the world for over 40 years. UNCITRAL was founded to coordinate and modernize business rules of different countries and regions.

 

Trade means an approach via commercialization to faster growth and higher living standard. To let more opportunities be available worldwide, UNCITRAL is now working on the modern rules relevant to the fairness and unity of commercial transactions. They include:
